Individual, Couple & Family Psychotherapy
I am a psychotherapist licensed in New York State as a Marriage & Family Therapist. I offer individual, couple and family therapy, with an emphasis on helping people live more enjoyable lives, and free themselves from recurring patterns of interaction that keep them feeling stuck.
I trained at the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas, in Madrid, Spain, and The William Alanson White Institute in New York City, where I am faculty and supervisor in a variety of in-person and virtual programs. I teach courses in child psychotherapy and adult treatment. I am also adjunct faculty at Adelphi University's Derner School of Psychology, in their Couple Therapy Seminar Series.
My work stems from the integration of trainings in the social sciences and mental health, from Spain, Ireland and United States. My expertise is in issues related to attachment, trauma, dissociation, and multiculturalism in both adults and children.
